Deposit and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Bethel Wellness Clinic. To secure your appointment, we require a £20 deposit at the time of booking. Please read our Deposit and Refund Policy carefully:
Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment package.
Non-Refundable Deposit
- Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
- This policy ensures that we can allocate our resources efficiently and offer timely appointments to other clients.
Refundable Deposit
- If you decide not to proceed with treatment after the consultation, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Deposit Applied to Treatment
- If you decide to go ahead with treatment, the deposit will be deducted from the total price of your chosen treatment package.
- If you opt for a different treatment than initially booked, the deposit may be applied toward the new treatment package at our discretion.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
- For cancellations within 48 hours, the deposit will be lost, and we may require a new deposit for rebooking.
No-Show Policy
- If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit may be required for future appointments.
Changing Treatment After Consultation
- If, after consultation, you choose to proceed with a different treatment plan or package, the deposit will be credited toward the new treatment cost.
